The fees will cover all nursing care and hotel services, include your accommodation, heating, electricity, colour television and catering.

PRICES: £600 - £800

Arrangement for payment of accounts is made prior to admission. Payment is monthly in advance for long stay residents (ie: more than one month) and weekly in arrears for short stay and convalescent residents (ie: less than one month). There is a minimum charge of one week for all residents.

One month's notice is required in the event of a long stay resident deciding to move from BAY COURT. Furthermore, a room is considered occupied until all valuables and possessions are cleared from the room.

BAY COURT reserves the right to review fees at any time but normally does so only once a year on 1st April. Fees are dependent upon the size and situation of the room and, special cases requiring intense nursing support.

Extra charges will be made for:-

Some Outings
Hairdressing
Treatments that are not available locally on the NHS (eg. aromatherapy)
Newspapers
Costly personal dietary requirements other than special diets for medical reasons
Meals for visitors (there is no charge for refreshments which are always available)
Laundering of personal items by a commercial cleaner

Residents may temporarily vacate their room at will. Matron should be informed of the proposed length of stay away and the forwarding address. Fees will continue to be paid in full unless absence is for a period exceeding two weeks. The vacated room should be cleared and made available for use by a short term resident.
